While there are many ways to build a mortgage business, we’ve found the best way for us to to grow it ourselves from the ground up. In fact, our “home-grown” loan officers are some of the most successful, highest producing individuals in the industry.
We feel the same about our expansion into new communities. By selecting highly motivated individuals to train with us and learn our unique way of doing business, we feel we can grow our company while giving them the best opportunity to make a great living in this industry.
Branch managers are compensated with a competitive base salary, as they recruit a core of loan officers for their regional branch. They then receive a significant commission — up to 10 bps — on all the business their team produces.
We support our Branch Managers by providing office expenses, IT, marketing materials and, or course, all operations for the coordination and processing of loans. Our goal is for each Branch Manager to build a branch that produces $200 to $250MM volume per year. You can see that quickly adds up to a great living.
We are presently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, FL, NY, NJ, PA, and TX, but are always open to adding states to accommodate motivated managers!
